OT-iMON – OT Intelligent Monitoring

Designed for OT environments with multiple networks and communication protocols, it enables the collection, processing and storage of diagnostic data from machines, production lines and industrial plants, providing an integrated overview of network conditions.

The system supports different industrial protocols, including PROFINET and PROFIBUS, and enables the integration of collected data with existing plant supervision systems through machine-to-machine (M2M) communication.

Architecture and Operation

OT-iMON uses a distributed architecture based on acquisition devices (probes) connected to individual industrial networks.

The collected information is transmitted to a central system, where it is processed and organized before being made available to existing plant supervision systems through M2M communication.

Data can also be accessed through a dedicated interface, supporting diagnostics, analysis and maintenance activities.

Installation does not require plant shutdown, and the system can operate without an Internet connection, keeping information within the company's infrastructure.
