EDUCATIONAL AREAS

The experience gained through consultancy in close contact with the companies led CSMT to develop for each competence centre training programmes in the different areas.

INNOVATION AND LEAN MANAGEMENT

Experts and qualified technicians provide their knowledge by continuously monitoring the needs of companies by developing ad hoc programmes at the request of specific companies.

 

LEAN MANAGEMENT AREA

Basic training on key Lean concepts and tools for waste identification and streamlining of flows.

Advanced Training, with the goal of implementing and consolidating Lean techniques individually and in group by coordinating projects with a strong corporate impact through the use of advanced improvement tools.

Among the courses in catalogue there are 6-Sigma routes, development of operational projects according to the DMAIC problem-solving method, statistical techniques for data analysis and continuous improvement techniques.

Supporting lean game courses, i.e. practical exercises where the learner can apply directly and immediately what the teacher has taught (e.g. assembling line simulation, 5S optimization, machine tool reduction, lean office game, etc.).

 

In addition, CSMT provides training in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, AFTER-SALE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

APPLIED RESEARCH AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE PRODUCT

 

COMPOSITE MATERIAL AREA

Formation dedicated to Composite Materials characterized by high performances that have allowed in recent years the replacement of traditional materials such as metals and plastics in many industrial applications. The project is aimed at submitting these technologies to companies that want to innovate their products to improve their mechanical properties, reduce their weight, or even simply increase their aesthetic value.

 

ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Training courses that enable the development of skills defined by UNI CEI 11339 "Energy Management Experts, General Qualification Reports", preparing the participant for the certification exam.

Developing the ability to perform an energy diagnosis and drawing up an energy diagnosis report compliant with UNI CEI EN 16247-1 / 2/3/4 and Annex 2 of Legislative Decree no. 102/2014, also operating under an ISO 50001 SGE, acquiring the status of energy auditor.

PROFIBUS AND PROFINET

CSMT is an Accredited Training centre for delivering the "CERTIFIED" courses with PROFIBUS International, a world-recognized and standardized PI-Profibus International Certification, to train staff and ensure their quality through a Official final exam.

The Training centre organizes specific courses on PROFIBUS, PROFINET and Wireless HART technologies aimed at transferring advanced or specific knowledge about the type of activity to users.

 

DIE CASTING

Linked to this competence centre, training courses are tailored to the individual company on specific needs.

In partnership with AQM Srl, CSMT is organizing the HPDC School of Pressure Cooking School, a high-level training course with competence certification by university lecturers, consultants and industry experts.

The professional figures certified at the end of this training course are:

• HPDC Technologist: Process Industrialization Technician;

• HPDC Project Manager: Product Industrialization Technologist;

• HPDC Production Manager: Production Manager.

 

LOW PRESSURE

The Low Pressure School provideS a high level, certified technical training, created to meet the new challenges of the market. To develop and make the production of castings with a low pressure casting system competitive, it is necessary to have company figures that have a thorough knowledge of the fusing process, alloys, low pressure casting, treatments, finishing and machining, molding, quality and safety, etc. The teaching plan is developed with the support of a scientific committee composed of teachers and foundry experts.
